I am pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, focusing on ethical leadership, social justice, change, and global economics and policy.

I’ve written about racism and social justice in K-12 public education, emphasizing the crisis in urban education, and I am working on a second book about race, class, and power.

I talk about issues that deeply affect Black people in America.

I write about Black history, culture, race, education, law, and freedom.
